It is often preferred to a sports massage for its relaxing, nurturing, soothing yet intensive nature and can be as deep or light as you choose. Many people I have treated have reported a profound boost in personal performance and efficiency in daily functioning. It is a great aid in the treatment of stress, depression, anxiety, headache, insomnia and has a powerful detoxing and rejuventaing effect on the body. It also aids in weight loss by breaking down fatty deposits stored in the tissues of the body.

A treatment leaves you calm, light, re-balanced, re-energised and rejuvenated ready to face life with a renewed sense of peace, energy, vitality and a clear focused mind.

In this caring and deeply relaxing massage I combine Swedish, Thai, Chinese and Hawaiian lomi lomi massage techniques, with long, flowing and soothing strokes over the whole body using palms, forearms, fingers, knuckles and elbows. For a deeper massage bamboo sticks may also be used in the treatment where needed.

Each massage is unique and personalised, depending on your condition, wishes, needs and requirements. There is no set routine, just careful attention to what you require.

It is my aim to create a safe environment without time pressure.
